About
Why I became a trainer:
After giving birth to my daughter I took the opportunity to change my career path. I have always loved exercising and being active. Over the years, my level of fitness has gone up and down. I have learned that moving around in a fit body gives one a great feeling. Being in shape makes life more enjoyable, whether you are playing with your children, shopping all day with friends, taking your dog for a walk, and so on. I want to share what I have learned about fitness to help others improve their lives.
My goal:
To help my clients get more out of life through physical fitness.
My Interests:
My family, gardening, basketball, softball, quilting, hiking, camping, and yoga.

- Bachelor of Science in Education, Kutztown University, PA, 1998
